2. Eligibility

A2P Messaging Compliance (Twilio / Telecom Regulations)
You agree to:
- Not use the platform for spam, harassment, or unauthorized messaging
- Comply with all applicable telecom laws (including U.S. A2P 10DLC regulations)
- Accept that message delivery is not guaranteed
Happy Tactic is not liable for carrier filtering, message blocking, delivery delays, or regulatory penalties arising from your misuse.
6. Call Recording & Consent
You acknowledge and agree that:
- Calls initiated through the platform may be recorded
- Recordings may be stored for verification, compliance, and dispute resolution
- You are responsible for ensuring lawful consent where required by applicable law
Happy Tactic disclaims liability for improper consent collection by users or jurisdiction-specific recording violations.
7. Third-Party Data & Integrations
The Service relies on third-party providers including but not limited to:
